Terms and conditions

These terms apply to shopping in the Behio Natural online store. We try to write them plainly so it is clear what we have agreed on.

Order

You create an order by completing the purchase in the cart. After you send it, you receive a confirmation by e-mail. That is when the purchase contract between us is formed.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. You can pay by card online, by bank transfer or cash on delivery with the carrier.

Delivery

We dispatch orders every working day, usually within 24 hours of receiving payment. You can find shipping details in the Shipping and payment section.

Withdrawal from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons we can only take back unopened and unused products.
