# Shipping and payment We want shopping with us to hold no surprises. We try to answer everything important before you even ask. If something is missing, write to us and we will add it. ## Dispatch We ship orders every working day. If you order before noon and we have the item in stock, it usually leaves the same day, at the latest within 24 hours. As soon as we hand the parcel to the carrier, you get a tracking link by e-mail. ## Shipping We deliver across the Czech Republic. Over 1200 CZK we cover the shipping, below that amount you will see it calculated in the cart. - Zasilkovna pickup point, 1 to 2 working days - PPL to your address, 1 to 2 working days - Personal pickup by arrangement, free ## How we pack We pack cosmetics so they reach you intact and leave as little behind as possible. We cushion bottles with paper filler and add candles into a sturdy box. If something is damaged in transit anyway, photograph it together with the packaging and write to us, we will sort it out right away. ## Payment - Card online, instant and secure - Bank transfer, we ship once the payment arrives - Cash on delivery, cash or card with the carrier ## Digital e-book The e-book is not a physical product, so it is not shipped by post. The PDF download link arrives by e-mail right after payment and your access to it never expires. ## Returns and exchanges You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we can only take back unopened and unused products, with cosmetics there is no other way. Send them back well packed and we refund the money within a few days of receiving them.
