Shipping and Payment

We want shopping with us to be free of surprises. We try to answer everything important before you even have to ask. If something's missing, just write to us and we'll add it.

Shipping Time

We dispatch orders every business day. If you order before noon and the item is in stock, it usually leaves us the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. As soon as we hand your package to the courier, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Delivery

We ship across the Czech Republic. Above 1,200 CZK we cover the shipping cost, below that amount you'll see it calculated in your cart.

• Zásilkovna pickup point, 1 to 2 business days
• PPL to your address, 1 to 2 business days
• Personal pickup by arrangement, free

How We Pack

We pack cosmetics so they arrive intact and so as little as possible is left behind. We wrap bottles in paper padding and place candles in a sturdy box. If something still gets damaged in transit, photograph it along with the packaging and write to us, we'll sort it out right away.

Payment

• Card online, instant and secure
• Bank transfer, we ship once payment is received
• Cash on delivery, cash or card with the courier

Digital E-book

The e-book isn't a physical product, so it isn't shipped by mail. The PDF download link arrives by email right after payment and you keep access to it forever.

Returns and Exchanges

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened and unused products back, that's simply how it has to work with cosmetics. Send them back well packaged and we'll refund you within a few days of receiving them. Have a question about a specific product or its ingredients?
